ਆਪੇ ਕੰਡਾ ਤੋਲੁ ਤਰਾਜੀ ਆਪੇ ਤੋਲਣਹਾਰਾ ॥ ਆਪੇ ਦੇਖੈ ਆਪੇ ਬੂਝੈ ਆਪੇ ਹੈ ਵਣਜਾਰਾ ॥3॥
ਪਰਮਾਤਮਾ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਤੱਕੜੀ, ਵੱਟੇ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਤੋਲਣ ਵਾਲਾ ਹੈ। ਤੂੰ ਆਪ ਹੀ ਆਪਣੇ ਆਪ ਨੂੰ ਵੇਖਦਾ (ਪਰਖਦਾ), ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਨਿਰਣਾ ਕਰਦਾ: ਨਤੀਜਾ ਕੱਢਦਾ, ਅਤੇ ਆਪੇ ਹੀ ਬਿਉਪਾਰੀ ਹੈਂ।
God Himself is the scale (Balance), weights, and the weight-taker. (It is only God that can check His Own Self). You Yourself check and conclude (Decide) about You, and Yourself are the trader.
